My Therapy

This week has been pretty tough, I took a good vacation for Veterans day weekend so getting back to work and school had me in a funk. This week was especially busy at work because  corporate  came down and we had to “be on our best behavior” and all that nonsense.    But then I saw this assignment, and going to a spot to hang out and relax for 30 minutes was something I really needed.  So,  I decided to go to the beach and just relax, listen to a bit of music and smoke a cigar or two. And it was perfect.    The day started pretty good because on the way to the beach I noticed that they cleaned up and repainted the bridge to get around to the water/boat dock. It’s interesting because th...

Through the old ancient stories, scientific studies, and even Greek mythology, it is a known fact that this world is alive.  But what people don’t realize is, living on this planet is a gift, a gift that we are taking for granted.    But with the Student Environmental Action Society, or SEAS, this group is trying to bring awareness to our environmental responsibilities. SEAS is a group on the UWF campus that has worked hard to bring awareness to things to help the environment.    One of those is the importance of recycling. SEAS has been a part of many events to bring awareness to recycling, one back in April was the Bag and Bottle Swap where they gave away free reusable water bottles and bags to students.    Recycling isn’t just about the planet, but it’s a business in most instances. But SEAS is a group of environmentalists, and v...
